Child safety standards

Coach Sporti has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and any content that sexualizes minors.

Rules

• The app is meant for people aged 16 or over.
• It is forbidden to post, request, share or spread links to any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors, or to contact minors for that purpose.
• Accounts that break these rules are removed immediately and permanently.

How to report

• In the app: use Report on the post or the comment.
• By email: support@coachsporti.com, with the link or a description of the content. Don’t send the material itself.

What we do

• We review reports as a priority and remove illegal content.
• We report CSAM cases to the competent authorities and to the applicable reporting organizations, and we cooperate with investigations, as the law requires.
• We preserve the information the authorities need, for as long as the law requires.

Protections for 16- and 17-year-olds

• The community profile is always private: only people the user accepts can see their activity.
• The community stays off until the guardian turns it on, in the Guardian panel (under My app), with a PIN that only the guardian knows.
• Every purchase asks for the guardian’s PIN; the guardian can also limit daily usage time and see who the person talks to and which of those profiles belong to adults.
• There is no advertising or profiling for commercial purposes.
