Delete your Coach Sporti account

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Coach Sporti and sign in to your account.
2. Tap My app → Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you want to keep a copy first, use Export my data on the same screen.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account doesn’t cancel the billing. Cancel it first in the store: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Without access to the app

Send an email to support@coachsporti.com from your account’s address, with the subject Delete account. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We handle the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account and sign-in email.
• Profile, questionnaire answers, health data, measurements and training places.
• Plans, logged workouts, records and history.
• Posts, photos, videos, comments, likes, followers, blocks and invitations.
• Notification tokens and sync records.
• Your record in the service that manages subscriptions (RevenueCat), which we request right after the deletion.

Removal from the database is immediate. Photos and videos are deleted before the account, so nothing is left behind.

What may remain for a while

• Database backups, encrypted and without photos or videos, last 7 days at most. After that, the deleted account’s data is gone from them too.
• The purchase history the store (Google Play) keeps, according to its rules.
• Abuse reports other people made about your content, for as long as needed to comply with the law.
• The data stored on your phone goes when you uninstall the app.
